Helichrysum is a flowering plant in the sunflower family. The type species is Helichrysum orientale. The name is derived from the Greek words ἑλίσσω and χρῡσός. It originated from Africa, Madagascar, Australasia and Eurasia, and it is an ideal companion to Lavender!

Like Lavender, Helichrysum has many documented health benefits

Helichrysum grows in identical conditions as Lavender, and it’s contrasting color and complementary size makes it a perfect plant to accent and round-out your garden.
